Wouldn’t be far offSaw this thread title on the front page and read it as Washington Football Team News and Miscues.
sorry guys
Haha, the thought did cross my mind.Wouldn’t be far off
What a crappy venue
You cannot require a "fan" to be vaccinated to allow entry into a venue. A mask, well ok but to say you must be vaccinated to attend a football game is against anyone's constitutional right. To say you will open to full capacity this fall and then come out with this blanket statement is ludicrous. Sounds like the same 'ol regime is still running things. Get it together Jason Wright!!!
exactly...violation of HIPPAYou cannot require a "fan" to be vaccinated to allow entry into a venue. Since when? They said "FULL CAPACITY" this fall so you cannot social distance. You can not discriminate against anyone who has not gone to get a flu shot and will likely be contested (sued) when/if this happens. Likely why they are checking with state and local codes to determine what they can and cannot control. What is the point of checking with state government, they don't even know WTF they are doing or saying. If you think all XXXk fans will be vaccinated in week 1 I would bet a steak dinner that is the farthest thing from the truth. Not for entry, no, but they can require you to show proof of vaccination in order to sell you a ticket through their liscenced ticket brokers, to wear a mask, and to stay “socially distanced,” while at the game (which I think is hilarious).
I’m not sure what part you’re so upset about, exactly.Since when? They said "FULL CAPACITY" this fall so you cannot social distance. I think your perception of my tone is miscued. I'm not upset, just thinking the WFT got ahead of themselves just a bit.I’m not sure what part you’re so upset about, exactly.
Any company is able to make any rules they want to when selling their goods/services/experiences/etc. with respect to who they allow in their stores.
the WFT is no different. They absolutely can require proof of vaccine when buying a ticket from one of their sites.
I’m not saying they will, or that it matters, or that it would have even the slightest impact on attendance. I’m just saying that it’s within their rights.
Also, I do NOT think 100% of fans will be vaccinated when FedEx opens their doors, no.
I didnt imply that in the slightest from my previous post either.
