Disagree. There was that one top down view that shows his heel touched the line. It's the only view that showed it, but it was really close.

What I saw on the replay was the rubber coming up. If you see the replay again, but ONLY look at the rubber he kicks up, you can see some of it was in the white.

It's too close to say it should have been turned over, but if that's what they saw too, then I understand why they did. I wouldn't have changed the call, but that's me.
