AT first glimpse I dIg his style. He has an infectious personality and I like the way he engaged the veteran players and put a leadership onus on them

I'm really liking this hire more and more. He just looks at home as the Head Coach. Knows how to talk to the players. Care much more about that than his ability to talk to the media.

I am really intrigued by this hire and excited for the pure potential we see in the staff on both sides of the ball. I was pretty confident in Kubiak when we brought him in and even though the team's dynamic in 2015 was not what I expected it would be, looking back I'd say it worked out nicely. With VJ it's a different kind of confidence. I've said already I don't know that the Broncos can be considered legit contenders this year, but I think with this staff they are going to surprise a lot of people in 2017.
