Not to sure how I feel about this. I think he needed some more time to develop. I guess the KHL is at least on equal footing with the AHL in terms of skill, so this isn't the worst thing that could happen. I think we can all agree that he had a marginal shot at making the team and if he did he would be a bottom 6 at best, most likely a bottom 3.
