Not sure why Tubbs would have taken RB Chris Rainey in the 6th round seeing how Vance drafted Lamar Miller in the second round, and we just signed BenJarvus.

That first 4 picks were nice though, I would take that:

Value of an actual KR and PR plus the Chiefs took McCluster in the 3rd when they had Charles and Thomas Jones. I don't see Rainey as a pure RB as much as someone who can come in and do many many things. He is a weapon and a game breaker at many positions.

I see. I just do not see us taking another player at say RB with 6-7?? on the roster pretty much, with Adam Jones, Jordan Shipley, Baby Hawk, Benard Scott, already on the team. Also, that does not include any young guys we have already drafted in the first couple rounds that could be a returner in some capacity (Lamar Miller, Brian Quick, etc).

That is my opinion. Not a big deal, was just curious as to your thinking. Sound logic I think, just think it still over saturation at a position we already have no idea what to do with and too much depth (even if it is not high quality depth).

Kiper says Pead could end up being 3rd back taken in the draft. He's sky-rocketed up the charts after a solid season, and even better off-season heading into the draft.
