So I ran a mock fantasypros. Took the best value for each round.

I got a 97/100 draft score, A+ rating and projected to roll this league. Yet I hate the roster

In a 10 team league, I am ok with early QB picking... You need to differentiate your team more...

That's also, why I don't like your draft after the 8th round... you have a subpar TE and a subpar defense...

I agree that he is a decent fantasy TE...
but in a 10 team league, that is bottom feeding... and if you are going to do that, I would have liked to see a backup TE with high upside... But that is just nitpicking...
