Anytime a tshirt bandwagoner says "schedule more ESP5N Cartel teams" they are implying Oregon State, Arkansas, Vandy, Rutgers, Illinois, Kansas, UNC, or Georgia Tech are quality football team.

I eagerly look UCForward to mocking people who throw around the "P5" tag as if it means anything.

#UCFacts
No they aren’t implying it but the average P5 team is better than the average G5 team.

Way to epitomize tshirt bandwagoners. By the time UCF and UNC plays, UNC could be the most dominant program in the ACC like how UCF is. They could be #1 vs 2 in the Nation.

T-shirt bandwagoners rather sports be a soap opera with 5 characters than about actual competition.

Your comments here make no sense at all.

Last year's Top 10

1. Clemson - Texas A&M, South Carolina, Furman, Georgia Southern
2, Alabama - Louisville, Arkansas State, Louisiana, Citadel LOLz
3. Ohio State - TCU, Oregon State, Tulane
4. Oklahoma - UCLA, FAU, Army LOLz
5. Notre Dame - Michigan, Vanderbilt, Stanford, USC, Northwestern, Navy, Ball State
6. LSU - Miami, SE Louisiana, Louisiana Tech, Rice
7. Florida - Florida State, Colorado State, Charleston Southern, Idaho LOLz
8. Georgia - Georgia Tech, UMass, Austin Peay, Middle Tennessee LOLz
9. Texas - USC, Maryland, Tulsa
10. Washington State -Wyoming, San Jose State, EWU

UCFhonors replied (along with the above LOLZ):

UCF's OOC last year: South Carolina State, Florida Atlantic, Pitt, @ UNC

The only team you can definitively say had a worse OOC slate than UCF was Washington State. All of the above teams had much harder conference schedules than UCF.
UCFify.

Pretty sure Pitt was the only opponent listed who won their division.

UCFacts are >>>>> your UCFiction

#UCFacts

This just goes to show that UCFhonors doesn't know his college football. And this is not his first demonstration of ignorance in such matters.

Louisiana was SBC Western Division champs (actually tied in standings with Arkansas St., but Cajuns won the head-to-head meeting).

Northwestern was Big 10 West champions; MTSU was CUSA East champs; and Army won the Commander-in-Chief's trophy and destroyed AAC member Houston 70-14 in their bowl game.

You and MichaelJordan called yourself out at being tshirt bandwagoners for believing that Notre Dame had OOC opponents.

Go take a couple of laps.

Eastern Washington was better than any team UCF played last year outside of LSU.

UCF is Further Behind In Scheduling Than Any Team in the Top Seven Conferences

UCF is WAY behind the rest of the P6 in future scheduling.
UCF has only 17.5% (7 of 40) of its non-conference games between 2020-2029 filled out. That is by far the least among the P6. The next-closest are Nevada and Utah State (27.5% each, followed by SMU and UConn with almost twice as many dates locked in as UCF (32.5% each). TCU is the closest P5 team at 33.3%.

In terms of total inventory, UCF has more games to fill out (33) than every team that plays in a conference, eclipsed only by independents Army (47) and BYU (62). In fact, UCF has more games left to fill out in that time period than Notre Dame does (28), and Notre Dame is an independent (though they get a bit of help from the ACC).

UCF is one of only ten teams in the top seven conferences that has open dates in 2020.
And the Knights are one of only three teams that have two dates in 2020 left to fill (TCU and Arkansas are the others).

The others with one 2020 slot available are South Carolina in the SEC (!), Florida State (!) and Miami (!) in the ACC, the MWC’s Air Force, independent Army, and SMU and South Florida in the AAC.

Have fun playing Charleston Southern #UCFucktards

Let's all continue to laugh at usf for just a minute more....

honors students get all the UCFun stuff.

#UCFacts

Being an honors student at a commuter school like UCF is that like being valedictorian of some shitty Pine Hills High School.

ALL of Notre Dame's opponents are out of conference - unless you count the other indies they play.

In 41 FBS seasons, only 10 non power teams finished the regular season with 2+ top 25 wins. Only three finished with three top 25 wins. One of those teams was 2017 UCF. The three G5 teams to finish ranked in the top four had three top 25 wins combined. So, what does it take for a G5 team to make the top four?

usf announces they’ve signed a 3 game deal with Bama.

It’s good to see a Florida school outside of the Big 3 show some balls with their scheduling. fsu has already given usf a home game. UF, miami and Bama will all give them home games too.

We are going to have to expand the playoffs a lot if we are going to lower the bar to include every team with two top 25 wins.

I don't think we were talking total Top 25 wins, just non-conference Top 25 wins. But the total should definitely count.

It would probably help if some more than one of their top 25 teams had also beat a ranked opponent....or really anyone in their conference.

I didn't say they should all be included.
