I think he has a chance to make the team. Probably moreso than David Williams who we drafted in the 7th.

I think he has a very good shot. Very versatile RB. Both running the ball and receiving out of the backfield. Lindsay played a massive role in the Buffs turnaround.

Here is why I love Jeff Holland and think he could be a steal as an UDFA. In 2018 he had the most QB pressures of any OLB that was draft eligible this past year. He had 11 sacks, 12 QB hits, and 42 hurries. I"ve watched this kid in quite a few games and he is about as raw as can be. The fact that he could rack up those kind of numbers even though he is raw just shows the ceiling this kid could have.

I'm jazzed about Lindsay, the Utah DT and Holland - all should have been drafted.

I always love the UDFA class. Seeing Lindsay on it has me really pulling for one of my Buffs to not only make the team but make an impact in some way. Aside from him I think we got a couple steals. Maybe more than one will make the active roster but if not we should have a pretty stacked practice squad. That’s important because injuries and the need for depth.

I think Lindsay will have a hard time making the active roster with Freeman, Booker and Henderson, but after that we have no depth at RB so one injury and he could have a shot. I do like him better than David Williams, but what I did like about Williams was everytime Denver bought Williams in he seemed to score the tough touchdowns. He can also block well. He does the little things ok. He isn't fancy. One injury at RB or if they keep a 4th and Lindsay should have a shot. It isn't like RB is stacked with a bunch of proven players so not a bad choice for him to come here. He should at least make the PS, IMO. He and David Williams will really be in for a challenge. Williams has the size, Lindsay has the vision. Should be interesting to see what Lindsay does in camp.

Jeff Holland is a pure specialist. I figured he would get drafted in rounds 6/7 as a situational pass rusher. He doesnt do a lot vs the run, but he puts pressure on the QB. I believe I recall someone telling me there were some medical concerns there during the process but don't quote me on that one. Holland has a great work ethic from what I understand. He just doesn't have the pure speed that shoots out at ya at the next level. If anything stops him from making it as a pass rusher it will be his speed that gets him in the NFL. Right now he is very raw... He relies on speed, which is good but not elite. Doesn't have the pass rush moves down yet so he is a one trick pony he isn't real atheltic gets pushed around by tackles and there is likely would made him undrafted. If the speed doesn't translate well to the NFL level he will struggle, if he develops some pass rush moves with our staff then he has a chance. At worst he should be on the PS developing some new tricks to be a better pass rusher at the NFL level. He has the numbers but I think what hurt him was scouts believing he had the tools to translate to the NFL level.

Lindsay Vs. Williams - Lindsay will love special teams - was a very good return guy. He is the kind of guy who can make the roster based on versatility - Williams isn't.

Without injury - Lindsay will make the taxi squad. If McKenzie can't fix the drops - he will be on the paying roster.
