Do they have the room? I know signing Hjalmarsson put them over the cap, but I'm not sure by how much. Signing Niemi might put them more than 10% over the cap so it's possible they can't do it.

according to capgeek they are only 400k over (only 17 players signed though), so that's not the issue.
Seems it comes down to whether they think the extra million saved will allow them to keep both of Bolland and Sharp (I still am convinced one has to go).

maybe to try to keep your eye on the poster that fraction of a second longer.
