CHICAGO CUB'S manager Joe Maddon wants the infield and catcher to go out and talk to Hendricks........
Umpire Joe West (who is a total joke) stops the catcher or infield from talking to Hendricks......
Joe Maddon can't figure why.......neither could I.......
West throws Maddon out of the game......
