I thought with the direction he was heading that in itself was going to make things interesting on the back line. I mean, at his pace someone else was going to be sitting and/or traded thus putting pressure on the regulars & raising their overall performances.

After last night I am worried now.


The defense went back to their old ways. I thought they were past this shit. Lilja sucks yet again.

Mesz and Pronger concern me more than lilja, they're supposed to be top 4 guys and they've been playing ahl caliber hockey. I don't think mesz has had a good game all season and pronger might've had the worst outing for a dman this season yesterday. Lilja is what he is, a 6/7 dman. If he can play mediocre for 10 minutes a night he's 'doing his job'

But he's playing worse than mediocre. He's just been bad. Walker would be better than him at this point.

Hey good to hear but Marshall and especially Bourdon have been money. I was worried that they'd be career ahl'ers but being down there has them playing well in the NHL now. I'm pumped at this teams depth.
