(1)Mississippi St (33-2) vs (2)Oregon (32-4)

(1)Notre Dame (33-3) vs (2)Stanford (31-4)--winner plays (2)UConn (35-2)

I'd say the women's committee did a good job seeding . 4 1s and 4 2s in the E8

Not really dude, last year all 1’s made it to the Final 4.
2018: All 1 seeds
2017: Two 1 seeds, Two 2 seeds.
2016: One 1, 2, 4, 7.
2015: All 1 seeds
2014: Two 1’s, a 2 and a 4.
2013: Two 1’s, a 2 and a 4.
2012: All 1 seeds
2011: Two 1’s, Two 2’s
2010: Two 1’s, a 3 and a 4
2009: Two 1’s, a 2 and a 3
2008: Two 1’s and Two 2’s
2007: Two 1’s, a 3 and a 4
2006: Three 1’s and a 2
2005: Three 1’s and a 2

The sport is boring and predictable, any moron can name the top teams and they will rise to the top because the desparity is ridiculous.

For perspective, the Womens tourney has had 3 final fours of all 1 seeds in my sample size while it has only happened in the mens tourney 1 time.

Mens tournament outliers in history had
1993: three 1’s and a 2 (twice in women's sample)
2007: Two 1’s and Two 2’s (three times in women’s sample)
Also mentions 2008 had all 1’s which happens 3 times in women’s sample.

I don't think there has ever been a year where this hasn't happened...

But I also think you are being sarcastic...

I was surprised at the committee seeding Louisville ahead of UConn. The Huskies should have been the 4th number one seed.

Louisville has better metrics than UConn.

Miss st did not

That being said, I’d rather be the 2 in Albany than the 1 in Portland and have had to play Oregon in a virtual home game.

With UConn, the priorities are always at their highest for Women's Basketball. They expect to be the National Champions. It's not so much a goal as it is the minimum and the past 2 years they've been denied that minimum. I'm hyped for this year's Final 4 just to see how everything plays out.

Does UConn return to the top of the mountain after being knocked off the past 2 years?
Does Notre Dame beat UConn like last year then win their 2nd straight National Championship?
Does Baylor win it all while possibly beating UConn twice in the same season?
Does Oregon say "Fuck all that noise" and take the hell over?

I'm interested in finding out.

Same here. Unfortunately, I don't have ESPN, so I won't get to watch any of the games unless I go to a sports bar.
