UCLA set to hire Jim Mora as head coach

Probably not a bad move for either party. Mora is a big name for UCLA, and they were not going to bring in an elite college coach. Mora was not going to get an NFL head coaching job, but this gives him a chance to prove himself and possibly land one in a few years.

Truly, a horrible hire. A step down from Neuheisel. If his name wasn't Mora, he'd probably be selling insurance.

He wasn't a good DC for us.

UCLA hasn't been the same since they fired Bob Toledo.

Horrible analyst and a horrible coach. What an awful hiring. Maybe his lame ass personality and NFL experience will convince some kids to play for him. I think he is a joke.

He hates on the Seahawks too, although his hate for the team is understandable. I was very happy that Seattle canned him, but he got screwed royally by the Seahawks org.

As for the UCLA part, I say meh. Doesn't bother me to see UCLA wallow in mediocrity for another few years.
