Two million this year?

Could the Sox break a pretty long dry spell of having failed to draw two million fans by busting out this year? 2011 was the last time they broke the mark and even then it was barely at that. I think our boyz would pretty much have to be in the postseason hunt most, if not all of the year to garner that many attendees. If we were to get in all 81 home games, we'd have to average 24,691, which is more than 3k higher than last season's per game average. Very doable, but again, we'd have to be in the thick of things for a good portion of the season.

Contrary to popular belief - White Sox fans do show up when the team is good. Not like the Cubs... but they do.

It's just been so long that it doesn't feel like that's the case. lol

If we're a .500ish team, probably not...but it will be better than the past few years obviously.
