I'm starting to wonder if he doesn't have a little Tebow to his game. Fantastic athlete, strong arm, leader, but odd motion/mechanics. Unlike Tebow, he's not 6'4", 230+ lbs who can take any punishment you throw at him. He was surrounded by the best WRs in college football and had the highest percentage of completions to open receivers in the NCAA last year (and I think it wasn't even close). I think he's a huge gamble.

I agree. I think he's a bust waiting to happen.

Been a while since we've had a mindless argument. How's it going? You and the family getting through this alright?

We're doing good. We are safe. My littlest turns 1 today, so kind of a bummer that nobody can come over and celebrate. How are you and the misses doing?

If The Redskins draft him I will be irked to the 10th power.

I agree with trepidation regarding Tua’s injuries, but other considerations (such as “when was the last time a Bama QB did well in the pros?”) are silly. (Michigan QBs haven’t exactly torn it up in the NFL, but that has had no impact on Brady.)

He is an exceptional passer (highest QBR this past season even during Burrow’s best season ever), and has shown he can perform on the biggest stage.

That's definitely a bummer. Thankfully at that age they don't really remember either way.

We're getting along alright. Thankfully we have 3 levels in our house so we can get away from each other from time to time. Otherwise, just glad it's been nice enough out to enjoy the outdoors and grill.

Definitely bummed I couldn't watch the Spring Game this weekend. Fingers crossed this doesn't push into the fall.

Tua dropping is gaining traction.

i don't think Miami passes him up...but I don't think they trade up to get him either.

i mean with pick 18. not the 5th pick

As a Dolphins fan, I hope to hell they don't draft Tua.

Regardless if injured or not, guy screams pure bust for me. Plays small, not all that quick and elusive for a 'running' QB, and a semi-noodle arm. Add in the injury, and he would not even be on my board much less the 1st round.

Tuas throwing motion would worry me. He has to totally bring that ball back for many of his throws to get something on the ball which is a reason Jared Goff gets so many balls knocked out of his hands and Jared is like 6'4". Jared does have the ability to bring down his arm angle and still have accuracy and something on the ball so it's not huge for him but something he needs to watch when the pocket gets muddy. But Tua seems to have to reach back for almost every throw.
