You don't learn how to tackle once you get to the NFL. That's a terrible argument. And no, his momentum definitely didn't make him roll completely over like that.

Yes no one should be labelled dirty for one tackle. But as soon as they start gator rolling, you can label him dirty.

That's like saying you aren't calling a player like Albert Haynesworth dirty for one bad step after he stepped on Gurode's face.
Fat Albert had instances before and after the stomp that got him labeled as dirty.

It was dirty. It doesn't reflect on the organisation.

...but if another player did that to a trash-talking or racist WR or DB...well, I wouldn't be too upset.

Funny thing is Philly fans call Clowney Dirty and Seahawks fan defend him. Odds are a Seahawk player will be accused of s dirty play in 20 and Seahawks fans will defend it.

Same right now with Rams crying about a PI call that they THINK shouldn't have been called, and they and their fans kept telling N.O. to stop crying about a none PI call.
Fucking winner right here

Philly fans complained, Seattle fans justified it. We don't know if Hill is dirty or not. I don't recall him being labled as dirty in college, and odds are a Seattle player will hit an opponent in a very questionable manner before seasons end, baring covid shutdown. Lets wait before we bury Hill as dirty. Maybe he fully intended the gator roll, maybe it was just momentum, and with his head burried he thought Carson was attempting to break free from the tackle.

I have no problem with Hill getting fined. How about this one. Intent and pre-meditated? Wonder if the league looks at it

Not even close to being the same as an intentional gator roll. The gator roll is something you’d expect fat Al Haynsworth to do.

I'm not sure why you are comparing the two. Who said it was the same? Was this a dirty play that should also be fined? Being pre-meditated and going at a guys knee seems like a possible suspension.

So when he says Boz told him to fuck his ass up and then he goes out and goes at his knee and immediately makes that comment after you don't see a problem?

It’s a tackle you see every game. So no

Judging by the fine Hill got, I'll concede and expect Ben Burr-Kirven to pay up too.

$14 should do the trick.
