After watching this game, I'm convinced Pep Hamilton's play calling is 80% to blame for TRich's poor production. I watched 4 fucking times he lines up 7 offensive linemen, a full back and TRich in the backfield. One receiver. On the 40-fucking-5 yard line. Why line up in a goal line formation when it's first down in the middle of the field?

Pep just simply isn't putting him in a position to succeed. It's not college football and you're not playing against PAC-12 teams.

That's my stance anyway.

I'd say there's some truth to that, but he's still under producing given his Draft/trade status.

I don't like Pep as a OC. But even I know when Trent comes into the game he's getting the ball. Lineup in those ridiculous 1 WR formations and it becomes even more likely. 2016 couldn't come soon enough. Somehow though both Bradshaw and Richardson have been useful this season. I doubt Bradshaw can keep up a top 10 season.

He still saw the ball in 5-6 lineman sets. The draw on 1st & 20 deep in their own RZ was a good example. All he had to do was make one guy miss and he was off to the races. But he got stuffed for a 3 yard gain. I don't think it really matters what the formation is or play call… T-Rich is simply not getting it done. With his build, he should probably only be seeing 3rd & short or goal line situations.
