So I was on the main board and saw a thread that explained 7 post draft trades that made sense (from the "experts" not the forum posters).

#7 was the Bengals trading a conditional 6th or 7th round pick next year for LB Darron Lee. Former 1st round pick, #20 overall. He has slid in popularity in NY, there is no secret NY wants to move him, which is where the lack of compensation comes in, because they over played their hand and no longer have any leverage. I am not sure about all that, but if Lee came at a price tag of a conditional 6th or 7th round pick, I would be very good with that.

This would be our LB core if that went down:

Preston Brown
Darron Lee
Nick Vigil
Jermaine Pratt
Malik Jefferson
Deshaun Davis

Carl Lawson is listed as a DE.

That is not a star loaded LB core, but I would take that over what we are currently looking at. Darron Lee gives us a potential starter, and at the very least, more higher quality depth at the position.
