How do you choose and invite new members to the board?

I usually read a couple of their posts to see if their head is out of their ass, then I'll send them an invite through the message center. After that I usually drop a hint in one of the threads asking them to go to their message center ( see paging ALLSPORTSPHILLY thread at the swamp) that they are or might be posting in.

Yeah, it's tedious as hell, but it keeps me from having to toss guys out of here all the time instead of having fun and posting.

All in all, it's really just a crap shoot.


Having said all of that shit.....if you trust them....I'll trust them, cool?

Make sure you pick a poster that hasn't slept with your girl friend or wife. That's a good start.
