So far since Butler demanded his trade we have seen the following.

1. Thibs refuse to a deal so The owner stepped in and said call him if they get no response. Thibs is basically already fired!
2. Towns signs a max extension?

Add in that trading for Butler in the first place made it so we are not paying Lavine 80 million! The trade for Butler keeps working out better and better.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to still have him on the team. Thibs being gone and not paying Lavine 80 million is still nice in my book.

Dunn is a below replacement level player, Lavine is overpaid to near Wiggins levels. Not having Markenan hurts a bit. We will see what comes back when Butler is traded though.

This is the whole Paul George scenario again.

Teams who think he'll sign with them next offseason (Knicks, Nets and Clippers) won't offer much to get him.

Teams who think he'll sign with the Knicks, Nets or Clippers in a years time won't offer much for a rental.

Oh absolutely Wolves will be taking 50 cents on the dollar in the trade.

Towns on the max makes more sense than Wiggins on one does. I still have no idea why they gave him a max extension. They'd have been far better off letting him hit restricted free agency and then just matching whatever offer he got (that is, if they wanted to keep him)

Sign me up for an Oladipo type talent in the trade

Even if they ultimately decided not to keep him, they likely end up with him on a contract that would be easier to move.

This is a good move IMO for the Wolves. Oh and I concur on Kunis, she's one gorgeous woman.

The real funny thing is that townes didn't sign a supermax. It was just the regular 2nd contract RFA max.

Wolves had to re-sign Towns, but I'm not sure it will amount to as much as it should. Towns has shown defensive issues with the new style of play in the NBA. He's still young, but he may be a square peg.

He's easily the player from the '15 draft class closest to ideal to build a team around. Booker: at the max, not so much. Porzingis, well... If I'm a Minny fan I'm 100x more bummed about the circumstances of having Wiggins than I am concerned about this.

Confirmed - @Shaqdaddy11 is a dude. (or gay)

Yeah because it's impossible for a woman to acknowledge an attractive woman without being gay. Aint that right @Mecca and @LAD

But then again with every woman in a 30 mile radius having a restraining order against you, I don't expect you to know anything about the female form
