I can see most people voting for Morgan, but I have never thought he was as good as he got credit for being. IDK what it is about him.

A 2B with a .271/.392/.427 (135 wRC+, behind only Hornsby/Collins/Lajoie at 2B) and career SB% of 81%? He was pretty freaking good.

I always found it hilarious that Morgan dismissed walks as an announcer when Morgan was among the best players of all-time in drawing walks (16.5% walk rate).

He had a 12 season stretch where he had a 140 OPS+ while averaging about 45 steals a season.

Just to put that in perspective, if you take the 6 best years of Biggio's career (from an OPS+ perspective), that averages to a 135 OPS+.

This one isn't even close. Mirgan was a 2B his entire career. He had a higher peak. He had a better spread. He was a better, more efficient base stealer.

I am not sure what argument could possibly be made in favor of Biggio.
