This is the second game I've watched as he announced. He tells you what the defense is giving the offense, than what the best option is for the offense. He is pretty accurate

The only criticism Ive heard, something he could work on, is talking over Nance at times, which is a huge No No in the booth with the egos' of these lead guys

I like the seemingly chaotic vibe that gives. It doesn't sound scripted like some pairings. No, "I talk 15 seconds then you have 15 seconds to repeat what I just said."

I also like it, was just listening to Boomer Esiasons' show this morning, and he dropped that little tidbit, while also praising Romo.....But it seems these lead guys dont like that shit

I like Tony. Always thought he was a stand up guy on the field and he is really good in this new role. I think he's a far sight better than all those other ex QB's out there doing commentary. Aikman, Simms, Fouts, to name a few. Tony had some good insight and humor. And him and Nance seemed to play off each other well.

I would think that is kind of a learning curve type of thing, isn't it? It takes a little time to get on the same page. Hopefully Nance isn't an ass about it and tries to help. They seemed to be enjoying it last night. It will take Jim Nance time to adjust to Romo too. He's been alongside Simms for a very long time.
