Good point naslund. I cannot understand why the US networks do not show the anthems. It's a very emotional prelude to the game and it seems only CBC show's it.

If it was NBC tonight, I think they'd show it. But unless my memory is really bad, I don't recall Versus showing the anthems before an SCF game. Which sucks.

Versus has shown the Flyer's anthems in the ECF games, all were God Bless America, it will be God Bless America tonight (plus would the NHL Network have the anthem if VS doesnt?)
