Great points 48. What I find alarming is how terrible they have been playing as a team since the lines were shuffled. Okay, so maybe they clicked faster than usual right from the get go and a downward spiral had to be expected, but....wow....talk about doing a complete 180 and acting like a team lost. Ouch..


Of course tonight they will probably come out and put 5-6 or 7 up on the board and we will forget all about these last 2-3 games. lol

That said, I don't know how you did not want to put a boot through your TV. There's a difference between not having any identity and playing like a bunch of peewee hockey players.

I felt like one of my old coaches yelling at the TV everyone they made some of the most idiotic plays I've seen in a long time. It got to a point where you just had to laugh.

Offense starts from the defense and works it's way up. Our defense got nothing going whatsoever and did not allow us to generate any offense. Our offense was no threat after the 1st period because we had no breakout at all. The very few shots/chances we had we "almost" made them pay. Credit to a good forecheck but also credit to possibly the worst team defense I have ever seen in a professional hockey game. It scares me to think that our guys have to potential to play this god fucking awful.

ya i dno man.. it just didnt drive me crazy.. the games that really drive me crazy are the ones where the team doesn't try (see last year's team).. i just felt like they were trying, but they were being idiots pretty frequently.... honestly i'd rather have a team thats not as talented, but still tries, rather than a super talented team that underachieves

and i really thought the lack of chemistry shined through last night.. with the d-pairs all jumbled up.. i think a lot of the horrific positioning might've been the dpairs expecting their partners to be somewhere else.. some weren't excusable (carle trying to defend the point, meszaros defending the far-side half wall will people jabbed away at bryz, and a few others).. but it just looked unorganized to me (which i had expected to come at some point, a team full of new guys doesn't mesh into a professional hockey team in a week or two, and it takes regular season games to really get there)

Habs came flying in the 2nd and we had nothing. 3-4 times we could have scored and flat out missed. Habs got rolling and then we were desprit. Very frustrating last night. Thank God they get to play tonight and try to make up for last night. I would think Bob but he really should come back with Bryz.

I think Bob will start tonight although I think Bryz should be in the net tonight. This is the team who has beaten us the last 7 of 8 games. I hope the Flyers can conserve energy for this game. This week has been a heavy game schedule 3 games in 4 nights. Part of the reason I think Bob gets the nod tonight.

Arrogant fuckers play the best game they will ever play last week (zero penalties, punt block for a TD, Cousins doesn't suck at passing)and still barely squeak out a win, eliminating my Badgers from serious NC contention. Part of me wants them to make the CCG so we can play them on a neutral field.

Most of me wants them to lose by 100 every game for the next five seasons.
