To be fair to the Millennials, a lot of former Izzo players, including Aaron Henry (the player that Izzo yelled at yesterday) have tweeted support for Izzo and his coaching style. That's Millennials embracing some tough love coaching.

It's the faux outrage from bloggers and journalists, mostly Baby Boomers and Gen Xers, who didnt like it.

The most laughable reports are the " Izzo had to be restrained ", as if he was actually trying to physically attack his player. The team captain got between them, put it to rest, and the freshman learned and made some great plays with great effort down the stretch.

I don't know. Because the old guy on the sideline with the multi-million dollar contract is yelling at the young guy who's job is to actually to execute and he isn't getting shit? I like college sports but college coaches and the whole "wise old man" line of bs is a complete joke. Players make the game, not the coaches.

The guy was a complete douchebag and wasn't producing. I used to hate Calipari but he's the most honest man in the business. It's a simple transaction. You're a 5 star recruit, I'll let you play NBA style basketball, and I don't give a shit if you're not enrolled come spring. Simple transaction.
