I don’t know, man. I think those two would see time on the field at Oklahoma but between Lamb, Brown, and Calcaterra they wouldn’t be starting. They’d be battling some damn good but unproven talent out to get in the rotation.

One would certainly play, because they add a different dynamic. Lamb is the only OU WR that would definitely start. Bigger issue is will OL allow Texas the time to utilize that talent.

Some draft boards have Brown as the #1 receiver. Calcaterra has looked as good as Gresham as a true freshman. I think Humphries is the only one that could potentially make the starting 3rd receiver. Lamb and Hollywood are in a class of their own. Lamb a freshman AA and Brown is the fastest guy on the team, with great and moves.

I didnt see a ton of OU games. Just seemed like a deep threat guy when I watched. Those guys are highly reliant on QB play, one reason a guy like Duvernay has had such a quiet career at Texas. I’ll readily admit that my opinion is based on limited viewing, so not the most in depth

Are you sure you aren’t confusing your Browns? I think AJ Brown is the consensus first WR off the board. I would be shocked to see the NFL take a sub 6’ WR off the board first. That is a statement on how the NFL drafts, not the player

"One player in particular will have many NFL scouting eyes on him, and that’s Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown, because when NFL.com put together a list of the top 10 college receivers to watch in 2018, and Hollywood came in at No. 1."

I couldn't find it on the OU board but 2 services had him #1. He's to small to get any real #1 interest but in college he's perfect. He seldom used as a go route guy. He is another DeDE Westbrook or Sterling Shepard guy. Just faster

I agree to an extent. But as an OU fan we haven't won a NC since 2000 but all of the Big 12 championships are nice. And the playoff games even as loses aren't to bad. Being one of the winning-est teams over that time frame isn't bad either. So like I said, I agree but there are other things.
I'd be lying if I didn't say I'd love for the Horns to have all those conference championships the last 20 years or so.

There’s still hope. Most of the B12 sucks and it looks like a Maryland is running out of gas
