I would add Denver to that list.
Bills will not walk away from Josh yet.
Raiders would be very foolish to walk away from Carr (The Gruden factor could alter this equation though)

haha ... Bills and Raiders ...

i would say Giants and Broncos should definitely be looking at the QB position with wild cards of Dolphins, Jags, Titans, and Bucs if those teams decide to start anew at QB

Nah, they're good on that front. They could use an entirely new cast of coaches though.

Tannehill, Bortles, and Winston/Fitzpatrick strike you as sure-fire franchise QB's ?

I would say if those teams' seasons come up short of expectations, they could look to change their QB position.
