Yeah its pretty mind boggling he was so highly touted coming out of high school and then he just fell off the map. I was watching video of one of the practices and he was last in line behind everyone including the freshman

Alabama ranked #1 in the FEI. Gives us a 35% chance to go undefeated, but the highest is 1 loss at 39%. 49th ranked SoS. Better than last year after FSU's fall.

Clemson is #2 and has the highest chance to go undefeated @ 42%, and it's their highest as well, but that's due to them having a weaker schedule rather than team strength.

Other notables:

#3 Ohio St - 25% chance to go undefeated, 42% chance to have 1 loss - 54th ranked SoS - worse than Alabama despite all the big10 fans chest thumping.

#4 Georgia 33% chance undefeated, 39% chance for 1 loss, 59th SoS.

All the top 4 have SoS about even really, Alabama's is the top which I didn't expect, but really it's all even.

#5 Auburn with the #2 SoS has only a 3% chance of going undefeated. Best odds are 2 losses, 31%(aka Alabama and Georgia, which is funny because Auburn is also likely where the majority of the 1 loss comes for both teams).

#6 ND - 36 SoS 32% chance of 2 losses

#7 Oklahoma - 62nd SoS, 31% chance of 1 loss.

#8 Washington - 36th SoS, 30% chance of 2 losses (that's the Pac12's best too).

And then down at #18...UCF with a 16% chance of going undefeated on the 114th hardest schedule.

Other funny note: Michigan doesn't even register a slight chance at going undefeated. It's '-', and only 3% chance at 1 loss. It actually gives them higher odds to lose 9 games. They do have the 5th toughest schedule though, but still funny.

i'm kind of surprised everybody didnt jump on clemson as number one to start this year. with everything they have coming back, i'd put them at one with bama at two.

Dude is just fucking unbelievable. I love Jalen, but I really don't think Saban is doing him favors putting him in like he did tonight in the 2nd quarter. You can tell he really hates it for Jalen, but it doesn't look good when Tua does this and he struggles to move the ball much.

Also, for the few people who apparently don't understand what it means when one QB comes in to play the first play, then plays 99% of the meaningful snaps in the game, Nick Saban officially announced Tua as the starter yesterday in plain english words that even ESPN reporters can understand.

Watching the Bama/Old Piss game again tonight while sober, I didn't realize how long the Piss kept their starters in nor how pissy they were even with our 3rd & 4th teamers in. This game wasn't as close as the score indicated lol.
