Brees is the best, but in a dynasty, I would take Stafford. He's better than Ryan and it isn't close, and he's better than RG3 today and you don't have the injury concerns. Stafford puts 30 points a game on the board. He can't help it if his GM put's a defense on the field that gives up more than he can score
