I just got an invite to bring the family to the Vancouver Giants' playoff game (facing elimination) tonight at 5pm.
My daughter (5) has never seen a live game, so she'd be pretty pumped about it.

101 playoff wins in 10 or 11 season. pretty amazing success considering the teams get entirely turned over about every 4 years

TriCities has such a strong team this year. They've been a powerhouse all season long.

:p well, Giants lost (Tri-cities powerplay was deadly - potted 3). Tri-cities was a stronger team, deserved the win. It's going to take a heck of a team to beat them.

just starting to watch the Canucks game now..... so now my conundrum is... do I check the score and just skip to the good bits to catch up quickly, or go through blind and avoid the GNT... Think I'll watch blind for now, see how it goes.
