Another rousing Thursday night football game....

I'm sad we didn't get to watch Teddy play for Minny.

I'm also grateful that we didn't end up with Ponder. If you remember back to that draft, there were more than a few experts that had Ponder as a Bengal.

So far, Thursday games have consisted of games won by 20, 20, 42, and 31 points. Only the 31 point game was won by the road team.

Looks like we'll be adding one more to the list.

And go figure, it's in GB.

Evidence is mounting that TNFL should be scrapped. It's just not enough time for bodies to adjust. If they insist on keeping it, and growing it, as they will, maybe Thursday night games could be set up so both teams are coming in off the bye week.

As a fan I'm selfishly in favor of keeping the Thursday night game. Because of the directv NFL ticket I'm burned out on football by the time the Sunday night game airs. Most weeks I've watched too much football to really look forward to MNF as well. The Thursday night game gives me something to look forward to in the middle of the week. The games have sucked this year, but I expect more competitive matchups as the seasons goes on

Both teams have to play under the same conditions. One of these days two teams that actually give a crap will run into one another on TNF.
