Titans declared K Randy Bullock, DB Elijah Molden, S Amani Hooker, OLB Bud Dupree, C Ben Jones, TE Kevin Rader, and DL Naquan Jones inactive for Week 11 against the Packers.​

Pass-rusher Jeffery Simmons, who was questionable with an ankle injury, is active. With Bullock sidelined, Josh Lambo has been called up for kicking duties. Lambo last kicked in 2021 while playing for the Jaguars.

Packers LT David Bakhtiari is active for Week 11 against the Titans.​

Left guard Elgton Jenkins is also active. Both linemen entered the game as questionable but will play through their injuries. With a healthy line for Week 11, Aaron Rodgers should have plenty of time in the pocket to dial in on Christian Watson. Inactive for the Packers are LB De'Vondre Campbell, OL Rasheed Walker, OL Luke Tenuta, WR Romeo Doubs, and DL Jonathan Ford.
