The word of the day -- stop fretting, this is the only German word you need -- is schadenfreude. It's pronounced SHAH-din-froy-duh.

It means "taking great joy at somebody else's misery." There's no single word for it in English because, of course, if you think in English you can't roll howling on the floor at what Green Bay did to Dallas a little while ago.

So once you stop laughing, howling, chortling, and snickering, repeat after me: ah, schadenfreude!

We'll get to the team's new (neutered) name later. For now, just enjoy the chucklebillies in North Texas.
