Barring a monumental collapse in the last 6 weeks of the season, the engraver can go to work on the Vezina Trophy. Good for TT, nice to see him recover from his injury that affected his performance last year.

One of my favorite goalies, ever. How can you not dig a guy that toiled in the minors and in Europe for over a decade before ever getting an NHL start? He's the NHL's version of Rudy, only he's actually got some talent.

/and a Michigan man to boot

Although I don't think he'd win, he should get some MVP consideration as well.

CBC did a feature story on TT a couple of years ago...As we all know, hockey is a very expensive sport and the Thomas family wasn't exactly loaded. Tim needed some money to continue playing and his parents decided to sell their wedding rings so Timmy could continue. That's devotion to your son.

Women and marriages come and go, but hockey is forever.

TT is the man. I love unorthodox goalies.

He seems to be both a nice and funny guy too. I really like him.

I'm a fan of any goalie that tries to punch Sean Avery with his blocker pad...

I must admit I raised an eyebrow when the B's signed him to a long term deal (I think he was 34 years old at the time)
