It's not bad enough that Jebus had to accost my college football highlights for four years with his "promises" and biblical eye blacks. Now he has to make every Superbowl party in the country uncomfortable by talking about the most relevant and noncontroversial of issues, abortion.

Whatever your view on the subject I hardly think that the time slot between beer commercials is an appropriate forum for this kind of thing. At this rate he'll probably forgo the NFL to be a televangelist.

I don't care for Tebow much, and I couldn't care less what he thinks, but I think CBS is the one to blame for airing the commercial in the first place. They should know better. Will they also air an opposing commercial featuring Bill Callahan's mom, wishing she.....

I dont blame CBS at all. To them its about one thing. $$CASH MONEY$$. How much do u think a 30 sec comercial during the super bowl cost? If its that long im guessing itll be during halftime or between quarters. In that case...most people are pissin or grabbin another beer during that time

I'm going to reserve judgement until I actually see it, and I understand that Tim Tebow is SUPER religious guy, but from my understanding, the message isn't pro-life based on religious beliefs. I don't know about you, but I for one and glad my mom didn't abort me, so I think we can all kind of relate. Perhaps it isn't the most appropriate forum for the message, but if it convinces one woman to reconsider, and that child goes on to live a happy, healthy life, then I think it has accomplished more than a beer company persuading people to drink more.

Agreed. If someones willing to spend 20 mil. for a commercial the least I can do is watch it. I honestly dont think it'll change many opinions on the subject but if theyre willing to spend that kind of money hey more power to them. I dont see it as a big deal. Speaking of money...Tebows prolly makin a chunk of change for appearing in the commercial (correct me if im wrong please, seriously).
