Pretty slow hoops day. I'll add another good one to keep an eye on:

UT-Arlington(7-1) at Northern Iowa(6-2) - 8:00 -- ESPN3

Winner of this one will add a very solid win to the resume. UNI's OOC schedule has been really good up to this point having already played UNC, SMU, NC State, Villanova, and UNLV. They play this one then still have Iowa State and Xavier, if they can get through OOC play with just 3/4 losses they'll set themselves up well to get an at large if they don't win the MVC tournament.

You know what, you're probably right. Their three 1 and done players are averaging 10 ppg, 5.2 ppg, and 4 ppg respectively. That's had to have caused chemistry issues. It also probably doesn't help the next Dirk(Van Vliet) is averaging 5.2 ppg. You'd think with three 1 and done players and the next Dirk they'd combine to average more than 24 ppg.

Another game not mentioned is UT-Arlington playing at Northern Iowa. UNI is a 4.5 point favorite although these teams are very close by KenPom. It's on ESPN3 tonight at 8pm EST.
