Remindes me of the first MotoGP at Indy in '08. The last remnants of Hurricane Ike were blowing through town as these guys were tearing down the frontstretch a up to 200 mph (so I'm told), often with the front wheel off of the pavement.

Crazy stuff.

I was there..... We were in turn 4 where the bikes came out of the infield onto the front stretch. When the wind blew that first time everything on the ground in the stands was against the fence. It was crazy!!! Other than that I really enjoyed Indianapolis, especially St. Elmo's steakhouse
