This is the least excited i've been for a game

I am actually finding myself surprisingly excited as gametime nears.........I think it has something to do with the fact that I read so many articles this week about how Washington talks so much trash. That kinda stuff fuels my fire........I want us to completely trash them.........AGAIN

It's not just you. I'm maybe a 4 here on a 1-10 and I feel like shit about it.
What's bad is this is the first bowl game I've gotten to see this season where I'll probably get to see the whole thing and I don't even have to work tomorrow. Sombody fucking slap me!
I'm trying to justify getting excited as I can only imagine how pissed I'd be if NU didn't go bowling at all.
I'm glad Bo is the coach as I feel he'll have the defense ready and he should go 4-0 in bowls as a HC.

I'll feel better about next season if the offensive line plays well and the penalties and turnovers are limited.

We all see these games differently than the players do though...........when we turn on the TV and it says "#18 Nebraska vs. Washington" immediately we all cringe at the nonsexiness of this matchup beings that we crushed them already once.

This week I have heard interviews with Jake Locker, Jermaine Kearse, and Steve Sarkisian.........and here's a news flash.........they want to kill us. They don't just want a chance to make a statement against us, they want to destroy us. I listened to Kearse (a guy known for running his mouth) say that they plan on completely reversing the outcome from a passing standpoint, and that Nebraska's secondary is "good but not up to the standards of some of the Pac 10 defenses they faced this year "

Meanwhile, I've heard Pierre Allen, Dejon Gomes, Jared Crick, Niles Paul, Bo Pelini, etc talk just within the last day...........and to them, this game means everything. They said Washington is the mouthiest team they've ever played against ten-fold, and that they want to completely shut down Locker and Kearse.

This kinda shit that takes place under the radar that we as fans don't see...........this is the shit that makes me excited for games like these. As fans, we don't get the same kind of motivation that the players do......not even close.

LOL not up to the standards. I think he's referring to USC. Just because they're a bunch of 5 star recruits out there doesn't mean they're better Jermaine. Prince will teach that mouthy little bitch a lesson.
