tried to tell skinsdad that Cousins just isn't that good of a QB

Kirk's a pretty good QB, the system made him seem better than he was and he got paid handsomely for that. Numbers are great, but as I've been trying to tell one and all for years, numbers lie, especially in this time where there are rules specifically designed for increased offensive statistical production.

Case Keenum is making me seem like a prophet as it appears that he is on pace to produce similar numbers to those produced by Kirk. While pretty good, neither, has that "Killer" in their constitution that I'm looking for at QB. I can't accurately tell you what it is, but it is something that is easily recognized when I see it.

Could have gotten Case or A.J at a much cheaper price and both would have given us the numbers that Kirk did. (see: water under the bridge:D)

For two games you are right. 14 more games and I will agree. :suds: I wonder if Case will get 14 more games this year. :noidea:

The dude is a complete bum. Ill never understand why fumbles are never factored into quarterback ratios.

That debate (about Kirk) has also been going on in Minnesota and throughout the league since he became the starter here in D.C.. In fact he stated recently that he doesn't expect to keep his starting job for much longer if he doesn't begin to play better. Dude was a pretty good player here, but in other places where the expectations are higher, he has to be much better. I'm not so sure that he's in a system that best suits what he's able to do and what he NOT able to do.

Like I said back during his free agency, his best bet was to go to a losing team where his legacy had nowhere to go but up, just as Trent Green did.

Here's the headline coming out of today's game. It's not exactly a ringing endorsement, but it says everything that you would ever need to know about Kirk Cousins.

Kirk Cousins looks solid against overmatched Raiders
