I hated this album when it first came out, mostly cuz of Aeroplane, which soured it for me, (I still do not like that song) Rest the album is cool doe.

I love that album. Wish they did more with Dave Navarro. Some cool shit could have been had.

Ya, it's grown on me.
I still don't like Aeroplane, and the chorus to My Friends grates on me a bit, but the rest the album might be their bravest to date. Much more eclectic and alternative.
They should let Flea sing more.

Those songs feel pretty out of place with the rest of it. I like Aeroplane because of Flea doing Flea, but it definitely doesn’t really add to the album. Probably a good criticism of it all is they’re clearly trying to settle into something with a very different guitar player than they’d ever had. But songs like Warped and Transcending fucking rip.
