Basically the Raiders could very easily gain picks by moving out of that #4 spot have additional first rounder/3rd rounder next year plus get their edge rusher they truly need this year.

Nobody is walking away with franchise stud QB this year in the draft, wont happen none of these guys are that,
someone though will over pay, its common in the draft and the raiders can stock pile picks for the next two years!

I'd be game for that.....a lot of defensive talent in this draft.

I think it was generally known by the scouting staff that they would be fired after the draft. Once that cat was out of the bag, no reason to keep them around or they might undermine you in favor of their next employer.
