That Suggs injury is really tough -- He's a playmaker and they'll miss his ability to rush the quarterback. It will be interesting to see if they ever get anything out of Kindle.

They contended for the playoffs with Baltimore sweeping them last year. While it helps everyone in the division, it's only two games.

Can't hurt.... Then again, every time someone writes off the Steelers or Ravens D because of FA or injury, they still end up in the top 10. Wouldn't be shocked to see it again.

This really hurts considering they were expecting Mike McAdoo (6'7" 245) to replace Terrell Suggs. Their problem on defense is further compounded with the loss of Jarret Johnson in Free Agency and Defensive Coordinator Chuck Pagano to the Colts as their new head coach. Taken all together the Ravens had a very difficult off season.

All they need to do is sign Terrel Owens, he's got the stuff, everyone just thinks he smells bad because of his child support issues, he'd be a great target for the greatest QB of all time, Joe Flacco. Season saved.

The greatest QB in the NFL will carry that defense. Put it all on Joe's shoulders. He can do it.

wait, they haven't agreed to a contract with him yet. I doubt they can afford him, he'll have to take Tony Romos job, its the only way.
