In that scenario, I could see the Bills either going with Booth if they're OK with his physical or perhaps Gordon otherwise.

I have a really hard time mocking to the Bills, Chiefs and Packers because I think they could all be targeting the same players. Booth doesnt really fit the Bills profile. Gordon does. But Booth imo is the better prospect if healthy. Elam also fits what the Bills like but I do think he is below Booth as well.

I would put Elam below those two as well. He had some bad tape last year with some bad beats and playing small against the run. Depending on who's available at 25, I could see the Bills trading back, then using that capital to trade up from 57.

I think everyone in rd1 will be trying to trade back if they're smart, tbh.

I suspect one or more of these teams will be successful at the back end because of the QB contract value

Yeah, that's where that fifth year really comes in handy. I don't see it as the same value at other positions necessarily. There's always the chance that the Bills go RB, but if they're smart they wait. They could use an upgrade, but they need to keep that in the context of what Josh Allen needs around him.

Draft boards had Irvin around rd3 IIRC back in the day. There was another team that chimed in (the Jets IIRC) that said they had a 1st round grade on Irvin.

I mean, these guys in real FOs are like the CIA when it comes to their intel on the draft, FA, trades, etc. Or are you talking about the boards of guys like Kiper, McShay, etc?
