I would imagine they wouldn't have any record of him, so now login yo lose, until after that code is accepted. They most likely need to issue him a new code.

Walcott and Dreiling got 2 hits tonight. Morrobel went 1 for 3 with a HR. Disla and Perich went 1 for 4. Dreiling got a HR as well.

Dalton Pence did good in relief of the game Bradford started. He only gave up 1 ER in 4 innings, but he did allow 3 walks amd 3 hits. He struck out 5.

Jordan Montgomery done. Just 19 pitches thru in 1st 2, then 34 in 3rd as Aviators batted around. Funny: he was FBs on first 8 first pitches, odd for him, but when he finally mixed in other stuff, batters attacked. Single off a CB, homer off a CH. Not the typical AAA experience.

I just read that Montgomery's average fastball velocity dropped to 90.1 during last nights game. His high was 90.3.

Just not sure if he will be able to help us. But it might be like Chris Martin. We signed him so he's starting coming hell or high water. I would love to see him do well though.

There might be a huge upside to signing him regardless of how he pitches. If he keeps us from trading 3 or 4 prospects for another starter then his signing will be worth it, no matter how bad he pitches.

Think if Montgomery's velocity stays around the same he is going to have to be nearly perfect on his location.
I saw video on his 2 strikeouts last night.
He got the one rh batter on a perfectly placed pitch on the outside corner and the other ko was a very low sinker into the ground.
Will be honest his delivery looked slow and the pitches were slow. Maybe he is still adjusting.
I too want him to do well. Never forgot what he did in 2023. He reminds me of Matt Harrison a little with just a little less velocity

Regardless if what happens the rest of the year would like to see the Rangers improve on the 81 wins from last year. Even 84-78 is a nice little improvement as long as we dont trash our farm.
