Come on, Lazar. Get the last out at the plate!!
Bernie WAS in fact a great guy. Next years summer party will be somber. I can never rag his ass about the Favell trade again. he remained friends with Doug. He was a genuine person, not a star, not unapproachable like some ego maniacs, he'll be missedWhat can really be said? I will try. 2 Stanley Cups, 2 Conn Smythe Trophies and 2 Vezina Trophies. He was the 1st Flyer ever to be inducted into the Hall of Fame and also voted one of the 100 greatest Nhl players of all-time. All of that success and he was probably a better person in life. When it comes to our franchise, he is basically the GOAT.
All of that said, from what I have read, he was also probably the most approachable and available Flyer to the fans in our entire history.
Sometimes drunk and high posting help some of us relaxYou know, reading Retroram52 posts it reminds of how little I watch sport versus 10 + years ago. I pretty much started watching less when I had kids, then they started growing up and I started watching a little more again. Then decided to have another kid, who is now 8, and I watch just hockey now. Could be worse I guess.

Hmmmm. Where did Bob go ?Fedetov has stopped 38-40 shots on goal across 4 periods and his save percentage is .950% .
This mother jumper better suck for them too.![]()
We need to slap around Boston tomorrow just to give fans something to get excited about.Next up on the PreSeason Docket, Boston Bruins come to town tomorrow night!
Who freaking owns this place? Chuck Fletcher?I have tried several times lasgop but the owner apparently has changed the access to the program that allows for a change in Banners. Still trying to find someone on staff that knows what is going on. I'll keep trying but like the Flyers development, it may take awhile!
