Denver peaked way too early. They wont rep the AFC this year.

Hmmm, no Denver fan reactions to a couple of threads created in their honor:noidea:

We sure appreciate all the threads in our honor but there just isn't much to say. The Broncos got their asses handed to them last night. As a Broncos fan, that was not fun at all to say the least.

Re-group and get ready for the Raiders on Sunday. No doubt this team looks ill-prepared for the playoffs but the Broncos are not done yet. I would love to see them peaking now instead of two months ago but it is what it is. We'll see what the playoffs bring. (sigh...)

Going into the Week 9 matchup vs New England, the Broncos were 6-1 and cruising right along.
Manning had 22 TD, 3 INT, 2,134 pass yds, 70.6 comp %, 87.4 QBR and a 121.6 rating.

Since week 9, the Broncos are 5-3.
Manning has 17 TD, 12 INT, 2,320 pass yds, 65.8 comp %, 59.0 QBR and a 91.6 rating.

Talk about a tale of 2 seasons.

We are witnessing the end of a qb era, PM and Brady have been the cream of the crop for a long time but you can see the signs of the mileage on these 2 starting to show.....
They are still better than any other qb's in the league with AR the only competition, but they are slipping a little more than in years past.....PM is showing the most though, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is his last ride, SB or not.....Probably the smartest qb of all time but still no Joe Montana.....

Wait are we surprised Manning lost last night? Late season game, with alot on the line (manning said himself "its a playoff game" talking about winning and getting a bye)

On the Road, In a down poor vs a pretty good D.........

Seems like he did exactly what he's always done...

No doubt OS cant fight Father Time. Thing with Brady is that his throws are off but looks like his arm got stronger. He is throwing missiles and I think Peytons neck surgery might be taking a toll after that incredible season he had last year, and first 8 games this season

I like it. Psychologically damaged.

Anyone remember when the Bears were supposed to be good? After they got crunched by the Patriots no one thought that.

Anything can still change in the playoffs. There's always at least one big upset..

The question everyone is asking is What is the story with Manning? Is there an injury or is father time catching up? (Like the questions asked about Brady early in the season)

What do Bronco fans think? Is there even a problem?

I think its fair to point out that either this or next season could be his last elite season. If you hear about what he went through to get his arm strength back and why he chose to go to Denver.....its definitely something to watch. Peyton never plays like he did at Cinci during the regular season in primetime...just doesnt normally happen.

Scheme and injury seem to be the problems. His mechanics seemed stiff to me last night. - But enough with the effing balanced offense. That offense isn't built for it. Right now, we've got to win or lose pass-heavy.

Now we just need the Pats and 'Hawks to be knocked out of the playoffs b4 we have to play them, or Satan wins!

Remember at the beginning of the season when many thought the Pats sucked or just a few weeks ago when many thought the 'Hawks had lost their mojo? (Also known as 'the good ol' days.) - Let's try not to be too reactionary is the lesson.

I had one neck surgery 18 months ago and I will never be 100%
Manning had 4, and he's still playing football. That alone is remarkable.

Unless you ask some Seahawks fans o.0

Well one or two have said that Seattle would roll NE or Denver. Hopefully NE loses in playoffs, better than getting pummeled
