Beavers have one of the most experienced and vaulted O-lines ever this year in the PAC, but I'm sure you knew that already Oly. Shouldn't be tough to open up gaping holes for our frosh kids to run thru all day. But hey, I always liked being an underdog flying under people's radar BEFORE a season starts. Besides we have Stanford, UCLA and Warshington @ home this year, that'll help w/ the home crowd behind us.

Oh yeah...and NO USC game either...well until the CCG that is.

If you want just the Pac8 then that was early 60's when that name was adopted after the Oregon schools joined. But the shakeup that killed the original PCC was in like '58 or '59 and for a few brief years there was a different conference that I can't remember the acronym for, but was first nicknamed the 'big 5' (4 cali schools + UW) and then the 'big 6' after WSU joined. After all the butt hurt over the scandals that killed the PCC were healed up and UW was able to lobby for the oregon schools to return it was renamed to the Pac8. The Oregon schools joined before the name change, but it was sometime in the 60's. I love reading on this stuff and don't bother remembering the exact year. Anyone who remembers THAT much needs to go outside now and then.

According to who is your oline that good? Im not saying its bad but notlike it is the best in the conference. I would keep Oregon's and take USC, UCLA, Stanford, Cal and Utah over Oregon State's line

To each his own...Beavers O-line is better than both Cal's and Utah's...Stanfords is a given every year USC has to prove it and UCLAs better improve.

v.3 should be 10K and so should v.4?
