Yes, that’s why it’s an over-reaction thread. That, and it’s only one game. Nothing in this post should ever be taken seriously. (Not that you did.) When Rubio shot 0-10, I thought about making this thread and saying that he should be cut. I was going to cite his 0-9 game last year as evidence in support.

It reminds me of a post on the ESPN boards, where someone said that someone should be waived, because of a game like what you described.

Gobert needs to be benched, not because he can’t make a free-throw, but rather he lets the other team shoot free throws to tie it.

Yes, I know that the trade deadline is over. Cut him. He had one job, make shots. I’m not depending on him for defense, rebounds, running the offense, getting assists, etc. He’s been off for a while. I guess you could still be a decoy, but make your shots. And make the first free-throw.
