Agree to disagree, Chucky.

Your star WR has frostbite in August and is refusing to play because he can’t wear his old helmet.

Pretty fucking funny if you ask me.

Let’s see how long this placating strategy plays for him.

It is a rather genius way to not have to deal with Training camp & not get in trouble with the team.

He placated veterans too much and didn’t develop depth but what he got out of those two misfits was remarkable
Easy there dbldwn... Don't crown the circus leader a saint. He did foster these types of egos and allow them to grow out of control. Jussayin'

He has his flaws... no doubt but as you said he had a complete circus over there and didn’t have the support of strong veteran leadership to help him. Also, ownership has a hand in not coming to his defense with these guys. Not trading Bell and allowing him to sit for a year didn’t send the right message.

Each day that passes it becomes more and more evident that he got A LOT out of those clowns. Again, he’s far from perfect but IMO he was dealt a bad hand but made the most of it.

Tomlin was always an avid supporter of LeV. The FO did the right thing with LeV though. It wasn't their fault that the man virtually sabotaged his own image and made himself untradable (strip club vids, jetskiing, etc etc). Steelers FO put the ball in his court, rightfully so, and LeV gambled & lost. He may have gotten a touch more guaranteed money but he lost around $20m over the ordeal. Steelers had every intention of signing the man to a record-breaking deal at the position, but he kept upping the ante and changing his demands every time. I'm thankful that LeV was that stupid.

Tomlin has never sent the right message in regards to these egotistical players. He allows them to grow out of control and kept trying to sweep issues under the rug. I lost count of how many times Tomlin reported AB as dealing with minor injuries whenever he went AWOL. That shit is bush-league.

Fair enough... you’re closer to it than I am. No doubt he placated the dude.

Sounds like AB is fighting the battle for both Brady and Rodgers, who also hate the new helmet

That's what men do

Bitches just quietly sit back and let them
