I really wish MP would clean house. Our coordinators suck.

MP is not BB either so he definitely needs the help. He and Quinn may be out in a couple years as well if this does not change soon.

Pretty simple actually. Staff and JBC are like dating the the not so hot friend of the group. They aren't bad, but you are just not dating the hot girl in the group and always have to be reminded of it when you see her.

JBC loves the short passing game.
Short passing game is great when you have a player like Tate who is #1 in yards after the catch. Trade him and the results were disastrous.

Jim Caldwell was good as a playcaller in Indy, won a SB in that position I believe.

OC has a beast RB in Derrick Henry. Takes him out of the game to run Dion Lewis between the tackles. lol

His vision is fine. I saw him take a cutback lane for 10+ yarder. Then TEN OC decided to take him out and put Lewis in the next couple series.

Henry is a workhorse back that will tire defenses out over the course of a game. Once the 3rd and 4th quarters come along is when he shines cause of the abuse he lays on defenses. I saw the OC pulling Henry so he could run Lewis between the tackles for 1-2 yard gains.
